What a treat! I think that the good Lord loves to remind us that He is the almighty weatherman and that nothing is "predictable"! We got out in the snow tonight. He had a brief encounter last year with snow, but of course- this is all new to him all over again. He loved catching snowflakes on his tongue and building itty bitty snowman with daddy and mommy. I really treasure this time with him... He is growing up so fast. I really have baby fever and would love to be blessed with another child in a couple of years. Everyone thinks I'm nuts, but biologically- I've only had two. But, for now- I will live in the moment and soak in my cutie pants. He certainly makes me laugh everyday. His new favorite activity is DEMANDING B-L-U-e-s Clues... and I mean demanding it! He does his hands and everything.
Last night we took the bunch to see Santa. We had a blast and of course Santa asked about Peyton the elf. That silly elf. He has made such a mess this week and the kids have found him in the craziest of places. Here's our 2008 photo:
I think that it turned out very well seeing as though they patiently waited for 30 mins to talk to Santa for a total of 2 mins with the picture- for 4 children. He was great- just busy and you could tell that he was tired. :(
